Scientist/Senior Scientist – Antibody Discovery

We currently have a Scientist/Senior scientist position available in Antibody Discovery/Hybridoma group. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has a broad range of experiences in antibody drug discovery including immunization strategies, recovery (hybridoma and/or B-cell), screening assay development, lead antibody selection and characterization. Experience with directed evolution (phage/yeast display) for antibody discovery is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to lead our hybridoma group, to serves as a key person within our antibody discovery & engineering department, to work in a highly collaborative environment, to demonstrate initiative in solving difficult technical challenges, to be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirement for these positions include

1. A Ph.D with 3-5 years or a Master degree with over 5 years of industry working experiences in antibody drug discovery especially in hybridoma technology, hand-on skills and knowledge for immunization strategies, recovery (hybridoma and/or B-cell), screening assay development, lead antibody selection and characterization, operation of updated high-throughput automation system. Experience with directed evolution (phage/yeast display) for antibody discovery is a plus.
2. The qualified individuals are expected to independently become proficient in new and diverse experimental techniques, be able to multi-tasks and meet timelines efficiently and productively.
3. Self-motivated, strong inter-personal and communication skills are needed.
4. The candidates who are highly motivated with a proven track records and a passion for developing antibody drugs are particularly encouraged to apply.
